Manual molding process
The process employs a progressive planing technique: skilled craftsmen first use a coarse planing tool to outline the initial shape of the horn (with precise machining tolerances controlled to ±0.5 mm), then repeatedly plane and polish the curved surface with a fine planing tool (15 to 20 strokes per square centimeter) for fine finishing; finally, the inner surface of the horn is hand-polished with 800-grit wet sandpaper, achieving a surface roughness of Ra 0.8 micrometers, minimizing acoustic reflection interference.
